In this episode, we talk about what it is like to have medical issues during COVID-19. We address some spiritual habits that could steady a person in times of trouble. Bible reading, prayer, meditation, and Bible memorization are all helpful practices when awaiting the next procedure. 

Theology in a Time of Crisis

In this episode, Cory connects with Phil Schomber to talk about the importance of sound theology and having a theology of suffering in times of crisis. Phil was a former attorney, an associate pastor, and has written for an online theological journal and has also written theology devotionals.

With the isolation caused by the COVID19 pandemic, many people are forced to reevaluate their communication patterns. Churches have a prime opportunity to connect with their members through the use of shepherding phone calls. We hope that this trend will continue long after the pandemic has passed.
